OYO Rooms - Revenue Manager (2-5 yrs)

OYO, also known as Oyo Homes & Hotels, is an Indian hotel chain. It is the world's third-largest and fastest-growing hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes and living spaces. Founded in 2013 by Ritesh Agarwal, OYO initially consisted mainly of budget hotels. Over a span of six years, the startup expanded globally with thousands of hotels, vacation homes and millions of rooms in hundreds of cities in India, Malaysia, UAE, Nepal, China, Brazil, UK, Philippines, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the United States.

- Rev Ops - End to End Rev Ops including:

 Price Management and Escalations for All USA + LatAm properties

- OTA, Growth and other Escalations and query handling for all US, LatAm properties

- All other escalations from Partners, Ops Managers on OYO Desk/Freshdesk

 Revenue Management including:

- Being the RM for all 161 LatAm properties (Digital only approach) and key strategic value properties in the U.S (4-5 but regular relationship management)

- Performance Management in collab with the OTA Performance Manager - Travel Ad campaigns management, Booster/Accelerator campaigns

- Pricing and Defects Management - LatAm

Project Management:

- Will vary from quarter to quarter, some examples from the previous quarter include:

- Working with Product and Ground Ops to implement Smart Pricing with the right configs and training all properties through the Ops Team on usage

- Working with Pricing Tech and Data Science teams to transition all LatAm properties from the current Factor Based RBP Algorithm to OYO's Plutus Algorithm without breaches, ADR breakages etc

- Working with the Analytics team to build reporting and dashboards for LatAm including Revenue, Finance, Ops etc

- Developing and deploying an NPS Survey framework with Ops

- Analysis and CM focused management of Churn prevention renegs

Examples of future projects:

- Working with Partners through Ops team and with Product teams to launch and manage Power Break in Brazil for unlocking latent demand for micro-stays

- Launching, phase-wise the SaaS model which will be piloted in LatAm first (Phase 1 qualitative research on features, feasibility, pricing, Phase 2 on rollout and sale of the product)

- Launch of Discover OYO

Digital Ops Model:

Assisting the Market Head for LatAm with:

- Building a play-book across functions for the Digital Operating Model transition and sustenance including key failures

- Helping other markets transition to the Digital Ops Model should this prove successful enough to port and if such a need arises
