Key Responsibilities &amp; Levers: Project Manager is responsible for owning the revenue of a certain set of hotels. He/ She will work with the field teams and central teams to ensure that occupancy of all the hotels in the portfolio is above 70%. 1. Revenue Score Upliftment Metrics: - Restrictions: UMC, LID, Foreign Guest - Irrational Floor removal - Image Score - 3C Actions: - Work along with the AGM, Compliance officer and TR Head to remove restrictions, irrational floor, and improve the image score - Will identify the pain hotels, and meet the owner to resolve the problems 2. Channel Utilization :&nbsp; OTA :&nbsp; - Will work on improving the OTA listing including resolving prior issues - Ensure pricing update for future for OTA - Work with the central OTA team to run special campaigns - Ensure top quality content and high review score for the portfolio Walk-In :&nbsp; - Will drive walk-in campaign adoption to ensure that walk-in revenue is captured in the OYO system - Will work with the AGM to reduce walk-in no-show and identify inconsistencies - Will identify suspicious hotels and work with the Revenue Assurance team to conduct revenue audits - Work along with the BD team to enforce strong consequence management for repeat offenders - Will work with the central team and local TR team to get technology solutions implemented at a hotel to control walk-in fraud
