The role requires a high degree of data ownership, technical aptitude and problem solving skills with the passion to provide actionable insights to solve real life problems via data analysis and visualisation. The Consumer Product team is a business critical team that is at the centre of strategy, planning & innovation for the company and is a major driver of project planning, delivery & expansion across consumer experience & growth, supply integration, content & design and building & leveraging synergies with online marketing, offline marketing, and partnership teams. What you will do and achieve: Be a part of the core Product team that provides data insights & i& algorithms for new IP products and services Conduct advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance. Automate data dashboards & insights, with data science, analytics and visualisation. Work with various stakeholders to identify the business requirements, define working methodologies and the expected outcome Recommend ongoing improvements to methods, algorithms, tools and products Make OYO a data driven organisation by creating platforms to better access, interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning What you must have : Hands-on experience with data analytics tools Microsoft Excel Tableau. Hands-on experience with Data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or its alternatives (Amplitude Analytics, Heap, Pendo, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics etc) 1+ years of related work experience, with Product team to solve host of interesting problems for end users & other stakeholders Demonstrated programming skills in relevant languages, including SQL Created & automated key metric Dashboards & Reports Basic understanding and a track record of solving problems with statistical methods Good communication skills, collaborative teamwork, intellectual curiosity to find unique insights and interpret data to solve real life problems for business.
