Role - Hub Head Reporting Manager : Regional Head/Dy. Regional Head Job Geography (Hub/Region) : Hub Band Between : 4 A to 5A Job - Field/Back Office : Both Job Purpose : - Primarily this is a senior leadership role accountable for building & sustaining business and executing business priorities for the Hub (Market Place) Key Responsibilities : - Own the business vision of the hub and build the territory towards the most sustainable growth trajectory - Accountable for productivity of the multi-functions such as the Supply, Transformation, Operations, Demand, Finance a. Supply : - Strategise in adding (supply) rooms month on month - Build strong portfolio of inventory suitable for ever changing consumer needs (Corporate Stays, Leisure, Home, Hotels etc) - Ensure inventory (rooms) are considerable more than the demand for rooms - Periodic review with key stake holders, (hotel owners, business development head, central supply team) to have full control on the supply addition b. Transformation : - Accountable for ensuring the acquired inventory is live with the agreed timelines - Periodic review with the key stake holders (hotel owners, transformation head, central transformation team) to ensure that the TAT for transforming the rooms to live is well under the agreed time lines c. Operations : - Accountable for ensuring the transformed rooms are well audited as per the OYO brand promise and also the guest experience is well taken care off by the operations team - Periodic review with the key stake holders (hotel owners, operations head, central operations team) to ensure that the live properties are constantly maintained as per the OYO brand promise, guest experience is enhanced and sustained d. Demand : - Accountable for offline and online sales - Liaise with the central online team and ensure there is a robust brand visibility of the properties situated in the assigned market place (Hub) - Drive business leaders to build sustainable and long term business channels like corporates, travel agents, banquets, MICE - Periodic review with the key stake holders (key corporates, sales head, central demand team) to ensure that the demand for rooms is well taken care and there is effective mechanism to handle customer escalations e. Finance : - Accountable for management of end to end P&L - Accountable for generating revenue through key corporates and key properties - Coach the functional leaders in their respective functions and develop a high performance organization - Recruit leaders, develop successors Job Engagement/Requirements : Criticality of the Job (High/Medium/Low) : High What is the next role for this job? - Multiple diversified roles are available for career progression Team Management : - Yes, an organization between 200 to 250 with direct span of minimum 12 leaders Education Qualification : Postgraduate in Business Development from (Tier - I or Tier - II Business Schools) Experience required : 8 to 12 Years Additional Information : - This role is one amongst the other 21 Hub Heads across the country reporting to the VP - Business just two levels below the chief officers. - An energetic professional with exponential experience in multi team management will be a good fit - Sectors like, banking, telecom will be a better fit - All candidates should be well versed with local language
