Role Overview:
As a Revenue Manager for Check My Guest at PRISM, based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue generation through strategic pricing and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Your insights will directly impact occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and overall profitability for PRISM properties utilizing the Check My Guest platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market demand, seasonality, and competitor pricing strategies to identify optimal pricing opportunities for Check My Guest properties.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across various PRISM properties, considering factors such as occupancy, lead time, and event calendars.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, and market share to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
- Generate and present regular reports on revenue performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits of pricing and inventory controls to ensure compliance with PRISM standards and identify potential revenue leakage.
- Provide training and support to property owners and managers on revenue management best practices and the utilization of Check My Guest tools.
- Forecast future demand and revenue based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming events to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Proven skill in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies in the hospitality or related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
- Tier1 Folks required for the specific role.
