Description:
- Own revenue delivery for set of 3 and 4 star hotels in the UK.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and forecast revenue performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to align revenue goals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to leadership.
- Manage inventory and availability to optimize sales across various channels.
- Evaluate and adjust promotional activities to ensure maximum profitability.
- Conduct regular audits of revenue systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize channel mix with focus on brand website contribution.
- Collaborate with Hotel GMs to improve guest experience and direct business of corporates, groups, tours and MICE.
- Train and mentor junior revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with a hotel chain. Min total experience 8 years.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and hands on experience with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround time.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and revenue management principles.
- Detail oriented and high level of accuracy in presentations and reports.
