Overview

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Program Managers in high visibility roles. This role is pivotal in empowering the Group CEO, business and functional CXOs across the globe in spearheading strategic initiatives, portfolio expansion and value creation, capital efficiency tracking, Growing P&L, Optimizing processes, and driving transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Shaping global strategy

- Shape global growth strategy alongside Group CEO, business and functional CXOs through leading rigorous existing and new market and product assessments and delivering an actionable strategic blueprint

- Validate business plans through meticulous feasibility studies and strategic alignment assessments

- Conduct thorough risk analyses and develop proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.

- Plan, enable and manage critical Group CXO level meetings such as finance committees, management committee meetings etc.

- Work closely with business and functional heads to enable actionable from committee meetings

- Provide leverage to CXOs by running high impact and visibility projects

Lead business transformation Initiatives

- Spearhead operational and business excellence initiatives across businesses and functions to streamline processes and optimize business performance- while working closely with functional heads and their teams

- Drive seamless project implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery

- Validate business plans through meticulous feasibility studies and strategic alignment assessments

Investor and Board relations-

- Plan, organize and execute periodic business and strategic Board and Investor update meetings in close coordination with CXO group

- Prepare detailed documents, datasets and presentations to facilitate effective discussions with different investor groups

Skills and Competencies and role requirements:

- Strong experience in strategic planning, growth strategy, operational excellence

- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience of conducting in-depth market assessments, competitor analyses, scenario building & simulations

- Ability to prepare effective presentations to enable CXO, investor and board level discussions

- Good financial acumen with ability to synthesize a three-statement model into a comprehensive financial picture

- Some exposure to accounting practices would be helpful

- Exposure to supporting Private Equity style CDD and transformation programs is a plus

- Proficiency in driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology for growth, customer experience and operational enhancement

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

- Self-awareness, emotional intelligence and ability to work in large cross-functional teams

- Very high ownership and standard of excellence and comfort with ambiguity

- Willing to travel globally as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics

- Overall, 2-4 years' experience with 1-2 years of experience in consulting firms or in in-house strategy/program management offices
