Performance Marketing Manager - US Market

Role Overview

Prism is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own website revenue and conversion growth for the US market. This role will lead full-funnel performance marketing across paid channels with clear ownership of revenue, ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics for the website business.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Own website revenue, bookings, and conversion rate for the US market.

- Drive YoY growth through performance marketing, funnel optimization, and experimentation.

- Set and manage weekly/monthly targets for revenue, ROAS, CAC, and CVR.

Performance Marketing (Channel Ownership)

- Own and scale paid channels including Google Search, PMAX, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, Display, and other performance channels.

- Drive full-funnel performance across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.

- Manage budgets, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing across platforms.

- Work closely with agencies and platform partners (Google, Meta) to unlock scale and efficiency.

Conversion & Funnel Optimization

- Analyze end-to-end website funnel (landing pages - search - PDP - checkout).

- Identify drop-offs and improve CVR through CRO, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and UX improvements.

- Partner with product, design, and tech teams to ship high-impact conversion initiatives.

Analytics & Decision Making

- Track and analyze performance using GA4, attribution tools, and dashboards.

- Conduct deep dives on channel overlap, incrementality, cohort behavior, and marginal ROI.

- Present structured performance insights and growth plans to leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with product, tech, CRM, brand, and content teams to align growth priorities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for fast execution and scale.

Requirements Experience & Skills

- Good experience in performance marketing / growth roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads for website-led revenue growth.

- Proven experience managing large-scale performance budgets and driving measurable revenue impact.

- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and web analytics.

- Ability to translate data into clear actions and growth levers.

- Ownership mindset with strong bias for action.

- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
