Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a strategic HR partner to the field sales & supply leadership team, supporting people priorities across regions.

2. Drive manning adherence and proactively close workforce gaps in coordination with recruitment and line managers.

3. Own the employee lifecycle in field sales - from onboarding and engagement to exit, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.

4. Resolve employee grievances and issues swiftly, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.

5. Monitor and reduce attrition, especially early exits, through trend analysis, deep-dive conversations, and targeted interventions.

6. Track and improve employee NPS and engagement metrics through periodic pulse checks and action planning.

7. Support performance and productivity tracking by working closely with regional leadership to link people levers to outcomes.

8. Ensure disciplinary protocols, POSH trainings, and audits are managed effectively in field locations.

9. Be the voice of the field in central HR discussions - translating field realities into actionable inputs.

Key Skills/Experience:

1. 5+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in sales-driven or distributed workforce setups.

2. Strong stakeholder management, empathy, and problem-solving orientation.

3. Comfort with field travel, data dashboards, and working in high-velocity environments.
