Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior, growth-oriented B2B marketer to lead supply acquisition and partner growth marketing for OVH. This role is designed for a 78 years experienced growth marketer with deep expertise in lead generation, demand capture, and lifecycle nurturing across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will bring a builders mindsetsomeone who has scaled B2B acquisition engines, owned revenue-linked funnels, and partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Tech teams. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution and will be directly responsible for driving high-quality supply leads at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Growth & Supply Marketing Strategy
- Build a predictable, scalable lead generation and nurturing engine across paid, organic, partner, and offline channels.
- Define and own funnel KPIs including CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Develop a market-segmented acquisition strategy by geography, property type, and partner maturity.
Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Design and optimize lead nurturing journeys using CRM and marketing automation tools to improve conversion velocity and quality.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on lead qualification frameworks, handover SLAs, and funnel reporting.
- Continuously test, learn, and scale new acquisition channels and growth levers.
- Drive B2B content strategy including case studies, partner stories, webinars, playbooks, and email sequences.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record of scaling lead generation and nurturing funnels with clear revenue impact.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho).
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and CRM systems to drive pipeline efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in travel, marketplaces, SaaS, or digital platforms is strong plus.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
