City Supply Head Role : - As a City Supply Head you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the entire Supply Growth & Strategy in the city with particular focus on creating a continuous inflow of quality properties. - You will lead a team of Area Supply Heads (ASHs) and Area Supply Managers (ASMs) in their designated geographies. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and growing your team and closely monitoring their performance. Your role will also involve extensive coordination with other functions. Key Responsibilities : - Build the Supply Strategy for the assigned area with focus on rapid growth. - Drive end to end business development with the team to create a quality supply of properties at an optimal commercial arrangement - Hire, support, coach and grow the Supply team. - Support your team by consulting and giving context through a creative lens and business prudence. - Working directly on critical deals with large builders and also focusing on creating a long term supply through strategic partnerships - Extensively coordinating with all the support functions and critical stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery of results - Find new and better ways of doing things in the best interest of the business through elaborate on ground presence combined with strategy Skills and Experience : - Min 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Business development/Sales or Field operations - Preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing - Energetic and smart and must possess entrepreneurial skills and have the ability to build city (supply + operations) from scratch - Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and a team leader experience is preferred - Dynamic and effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills to manage situations on the ground - An excellent people manager with strategic bent of mind. - Go getter attitude to match companys goals and vision
