About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, numbers-first generalist to own category and portfolio performance end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and on-ground execution ideal for someone who thinks in numbers first and wants to build and fix things, not just report on them. We're looking for a true generalist someone who can pick up any problem thrown at them, break it down, and solve it logically, rather than someone who only operates within one narrow function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L and revenue performance for an assigned set of properties/portfolio
- Drive property-level improvements - spot gaps in performance and execute fixes
- Improve walk-in performance and conversion at the property level
- Plan and execute cross-functional projects that move core metrics (revenue, occupancy, conversion, etc.)
- Take up open-ended or undefined problems as they come up and work through them logically, using data to guide the approach
- Work across both online and offline channels to drive category growth
- Track and analyze category-level metrics; use data to prioritize where to focus next
- Work closely with operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams to get changes implemented.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, including some time in a startup environment
- Strong quantitative/logical orientation - comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and P&L statements
- Experience in category management, revenue management, or business/portfolio ownership (ideally D2C, hospitality, travel, or consumer business)
- A true generalist mindset comfortable moving between strategy and execution
- Bias for action, and genuinely open to learning new things on the job
Good to Have:
- Exposure to both online and offline business channels
- Background in D2C category management
- Experience in property/portfolio-style businesses (hospitality, real estate, multi-outlet retail)
