Role Overview:

- As a Business Analyst at PRISM, based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across various business functions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.


- Working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business leaders, you will contribute directly to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Your insights will directly impact PRISM's ability to innovate and maintain its competitive edge in the dynamic hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and prioritize data requirements for new features and products.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic decision-making.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques.

- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further optimization.

- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and accuracy.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics or related field from tier 1 or similar college background.
