OYO - Business Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst cum Program Manager to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize performance across Payments, Collections, and Finance, and lead cross-functional programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, program management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams for impactful insights and resolutions. The position will primarily support G6 Hospitality and all other PRISM functions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform data mining and analysis using Python/R, SQL, Advanced Excel, Oracle Analytics, and other platforms to identify trends, develop forecasts, and uncover growth opportunities.

- Build and maintain dashboards to track metrics on payment behavior, collections, and performance trends.

- Conduct financial modeling and cash flow projections.

- Lead projects and programs to enhance business performance in Business Finance and Revenue functions.

- Collaborate with Business Finance, Shared Services, Product, Tech and franchise partner teams to support data needs, revenue initiatives, accurate/consistent reporting, and resolution of grievances/disputes.

- Create and present data visualizations for weekly and quarterly business reviews.

Provide analytical support for strategic decisions, initiatives, and performance optimization.

- Analyze and distribute daily/weekly performance reports on Payments, Collections, and related areas.

- Reconcile collections from multiple channels (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Corporate Channels).

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2+ years in business analysis, data analytics, program management, or a related role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel; familiarity with R and Oracle Analytics is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

- Other: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to handle large datasets, and excellent communication/presentation skills.

- Should be comfortable with US Shift (6am to 3pm)
