Job Description: In a nutshell - Ideate and drive initiatives to grow certain business metrics. - Analyse product funnels, user journeys, customer insights and plan initiatives to grow the target metrics - Own the execution of initiatives to deliver growth in target metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Social Media, Digital, Product, BD) to ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives across the funnel - Continuously benchmark Oyela vs competition to identify gaps/opportunities for additional revenue, user experience, features and communication journeys Skills we are looking for: - Loves creativity - Good with numbers & excel - Must have: Handson Experience in Google & FB Ads, Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Clarity. - Enjoys working in cross functional role - You are good at connecting with people, be it at sales pitches or building team culture - Prior experience in fashion & e-commerce marketing.
