PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the academic excellence team and responsible for overall academic journey of a school resulting into revenue generation, retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESULT AREAS:

- To drive the retention of OA and OI across schools.

- Lead a team of regional academic excellence managers to ensure retention target achievement and tap on cross sell/ up-sell opportunities.

- Completion of ISV and training as per the SLA.

- Increase productivity by sharing insights during the weekly regional team calls.

- Continuous school connect sessions to measure the impact and collect feedback on training and implementation.

- Monitor travel planning of the team members to ensure optimal utilization of time within budgets maintaining high standards of safety and security.

- Ensure increase in the usage of LMS.

- Ensuring all communication and data to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.

- Supporting product marketing team for various government initiatives with CBSE, NCERT, SCERTs and other state governments.

- Work closely with the digital/ product team to support them through product development and enhancement.

- Support sales vertical by assisting with GTM strategies, launches, NSMs, RSMs and product trainings (school/ region wise).

- Understand business requirements for products/ solutions based on product and market analysis.

- Review product- have regular interactions with tech and product team, sharing feedback from market and internal stakeholders.

- Drive School Engagement Activities to increase value proposition.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate/ Post graduate degree in any subject, preferably business management.

- Minimum 8 years of total relevant work experience.

- Significant experience in managing/ leading team in an organization.

- Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space.

- Sound knowledge of the K-12 content development process, both print and digital/ online.

- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.

- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Internal:

- Interface with representatives from sales, marketing and product teams within the organization

External:

- School heads and teachers of private and public institutions.
