Opportunity:
As Area Manager - International Sales, you will:
- Cover 120+ international schools in the West region.
- Drive double-digit growth in a business worth over - 50 million.
- Provide end-to-end services to schools, including order tracking, teaching support, and organizing workshops.
- Manage key distributor accounts and ensure timely collections to meet budget targets.
- Present OUP's print and digital offerings to educators.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge across current and upcoming resources.
- Promote curriculum products like Oxford International Curriculum and Oxford AQA.
- Drive revenue through digital products such as MyMaths and Oxford Reading Buddy.
- Share regular sales forecasts and reviews for budget tracking.
- Log daily sales feedback and adoption data.
- Act as the first point of contact for school and distributor queries related to international resources.
About You Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the assigned territory and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Understanding of the education sector, including schools, assessments, and curriculum.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Solution-centric sales approach with a customer-first mindset and effective presentation skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or Central Mumbai will be preferred.
- Experience engaging with school heads, teachers, and early years centers.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
