Role Overview
Join our Platform Solutions team to lead client engagements on Oxane's proprietary, tech-enabled platforms. You'll manage end-to-end delivery for structured finance and alternative investment transactions, working closely with top global financial institutions. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, with deep exposure to structured credit, analytics, and product implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects across structured finance and alternative assets.
2. Provide oversight across product implementation and post- implementation phases.
3. Conduct portfolio analytics, monitoring, surveillance, and client- specific reporting.
4. Act as the bridge between clients and internal development teams for platform enhancements and issue resolution.
5. Support asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post- deal analysis, and business planning.
6. Identify project risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts proactively.
7. Mentor, guide, and support team members to ensure high-quality output and development.
Required Skills & Experience
1. MBA/PGDM (Finance/IT) with B.E./B.Tech mandatory.
2. PMP or relevant project management certifications preferred.
3. Strong understanding of financial concepts; Excel, Macros & SQL (intermediate-advanced) required.
4. Proven project management and people management experience.
5. Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with high attention to detail.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, high- ownership environment.
7. Prior IT/development exposure is an advantage.
