A rapidly growing property management company in Dubai is looking for an Owner Acquisition Manager to lead property onboarding and build a strong pipeline of property owners. This is a sales leadership role focused on generating owner leads, building broker partnerships, managing the acquisition pipeline, and converting opportunities into signed property contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage a pipeline of property owners

- Lead and coach the owner acquisition sales team

- Develop broker partnerships and referral networks

- Manage the deal cycle from lead meeting proposal contract

- Drive monthly property onboarding targets

- Track pipeline performance and CRM reporting

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years in sales, real estate, or business development

- Experience managing a sales or BD team

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability

- Experience working with property owners or landlords

- Exposure to Dubai real estate market preferred
