Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Overseas Sales Manager to lead international business development. The role involves acquiring new overseas clients, expanding global business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships for manpower supply and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new international clients for manpower recruitment and staffing solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers, agents, and business partners.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand global market presence.

- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models with overseas clients.

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.

- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in overseas business development and sales in Manpower and recruitment industry.

- Strong knowledge of international manpower supply and recruitment processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to develop client networks across GCC, Europe, and other international markets.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
