Roles And Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select outsourcing vendors;. negotiate and manage contracts; ensure vendor performance and compliance.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage outsourced projects, ensuring timely. delivery, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. and internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing,. including legal, financial, and operational risks.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control outsourcing costs, identifying. opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Quality Management: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure. the quality of outsourced services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contract. terms.
