What You Will Do1. Full P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, margins, growth, burn, and financial health of the brand.
- Drive pricing, merchandising, supply chain planning, and financial optimisation.
2. Zero-to-One Company Building
- Build the brand from pre-launch to scale.
- Lead product roadmaps, merchandising decisions, and seasonal planning.
- Work closely with the celebrity partner (indirectly) through the OutNorm team for brand alignment.
3. Brand, Marketing & Community
- Build a digital-first brand with strong content, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
- Work with OutNorms studio teams on creative, campaigns, and content engines.
- Build community-led awareness and an engaged consumer base.
4. Operations & Supply Chain
- Set up sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, inventory planning, and logistics.
- Build scalable SOPs for pre-launch, launch, and early growth.
5. Team Building
- Hire and lead the founding team across product, ops, marketing, design, and retail rollout.
- Drive a high-performance culture with accountability and execution discipline.
6. Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Work with OutNorm on pitch materials, financial models, and growth stories.
- Represent Coral in investor conversations when required.
- Ensure the brand is always VC-ready in metrics, clarity, and strategy.
