Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Business Development Manager (BDM) with over 2 years of experience to join our team at our Okhla, Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising media industry and a proven track record in business development. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of driving revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients within the advertising media sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Marketing and Promotional Activities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Outdoor Solutions' services.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
4. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions, sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the advertising media industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of advertising media, including digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
