Role: Outbound Sales Specialist International Market (US/Europe)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Night shift/Overlap with US/EU clients)

Responsibilities:
- Engage with CXOs, procurement teams, and hiring managers to pitch staffing solutions.
- Work with VMS/MSP models for contract staffing fulfillment.
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and agreements tailored to international clients.
- Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams across time zones for smooth execution.
- Achieve sales targets in high-value international staffing deals.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong outbound sales experience with cold calling, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Understanding of VMS/MSP models and client compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a global client environment.
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing, managed services, RPO models.
- Experience handling multi-million-dollar staffing accounts.
Qualifications:
- 25 years in international IT staffing/services sales.
