Role: Outbound Sales Specialist Domestic Market
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (India-focused clients)
Industry: IT Services & Staffing
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements for technology staffing (contract, permanent, project-based).
- Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals within the domestic market.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and pipeline progress.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in the Indian market context.
- Familiarity with IT skillsets like Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.
- Hands-on with CRM and lead-generation tools.
Good-to-Have:
- Existing client network in Indian IT services/staffing ecosystem.
- Exposure to tender-based IT staffing opportunities (Govt/PSUs/private).
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in domestic IT staffing/services.
