As Senior Manager - Service Sales, you will be responsible for leading service sales growth across the region, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue from the modernization and maintenance portfolio. Youll work closely with field operations, marketing, and customer service teams to develop strategies that maximize customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Service Sales professionals across the region to exceed revenue, profit, and customer retention goals.
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including building owners, facility managers, and developers.
- Revenue Growth: Drive strategic initiatives to expand service contract base (maintenance, modernization, AMC renewals).
- Sales Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, sales forecasts, and competitive positioning in line with regional business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and sales performance metrics; implement corrective actions where needed.
- Team Development: Mentor, coach, and train the sales team to enhance performance and capabilities, ensuring alignment with Otis values and sales excellence standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with service operations, finance, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM (preferred) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategy.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in industrial/B2B service sales.
- Strong understanding of service contract management and the elevator/escalator industry (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
