KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR Cost/Headcount Planning
- Monitor and analyse evolution of headcount and employment costs for APAC region, and provide insights to VP Human Resources, APAC, and HR Directors in APAC Operating Units through proactive analysis and synthesis.
- Support headcount planning and budgeting process by partnering with HRBPs.
- Streamline and automate the planning & controlling process in collaboration with HRBP and Finance.
- Produce standard and customized HR reports and dashboards using Workday, Glint and Qlik.
- Reporting and tracking of the restructuring and savings programs in the Region.
- Prepare and provide support during the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual business reviews working closely with business stakeholders and HRBPs.
Total Rewards
- Deploy Total Rewards programs by partnering with in-country HR and Total Rewards colleagues on compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate / support in-country TR on Total Rewards related activities including Salary Planning, Bonus, Sales & Field Incentives, Benefits, etc.
- Participate in Global and Regional Total Rewards initiatives / projects such as jobs architecture & framework, incentive optimization, reward and recognition etc.
- Conducting research and analyses, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with HRBP and other HR COEs to ensure appropriate regional/local design, global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance, and best practice.
- Consult with management and HR colleagues on compensation and benefit issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor & above
- Science and engineering major background preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in Total Rewards.
- Familiar with employment cost planning and management and working with Finance team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Workday will be helpful.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- High learning agility and willingness to learn by doing hands-on work; open minded.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Continuous improvement mindset to reduce non-value-added activities.
- Impeccable communications skills and ability to interact with senior leaders in an international environment.
