Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
- Develop baseline programs, resource plans, and cost-loaded schedules.
- Identify project milestones and critical paths for timely delivery.
- Integrate design, procurement, and execution timelines for holistic planning.
2. Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track project progress against baseline and report variances.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management.
- Highlight potential delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Update recovery plans to bring projects back on track.
3. Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with site engineers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for resource alignment.
4. Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Monitor cost trends and analyze impact on project timelines.
- Support value engineering and optimization initiatives.
5. Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain all planning-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of MS Project
- Minimum 8- 10 years experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Familiarity with real estate project life cycles (commercial, mixed-use)
