Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic professional to lead our Partnerships & Alliances initiatives within the US healthcare space. This role will be pivotal in identifying, building, and managing high-impact relationships with EHR vendors, health tech platforms, and consulting firms to accelerate OSP Labs' growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with EHR vendors, health tech platforms, and healthcare consulting firms
- Drive co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution development opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to align partnership efforts
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize long-term value
- Monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives and optimize strategy based on insights
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within health tech or digital health
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including provider workflows, payer models, and health IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and foster long-term partner relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
