Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager Insurance Broking

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead key account growth, manage strategic partnerships, and drive high-value insurance sales across Property, Liability, Casualty, and Life segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow high-value clients and channel partners
- Act as the primary relationship owner for key accounts with regular client engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for customized insurance solutions and quotations
- Lead complex negotiations, ensure competitive pricing, and close large-ticket deals
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support team performance improvement
- Monitor market developments and provide actionable insights to the leadership team
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Drive renewals, claims assistance, and ensure client satisfaction across touchpoints
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- High-value client acquisition and retention
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Contribution to strategic initiatives and product bundling
- Effective resolution of client queries and claims follow-ups
- Coaching and development of junior sales team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
- 58 years of solid experience in Insurance Broking or B2B Insurance Sales
- Strong network of clients and distributors in insurance domain
- Advanced understanding of Property, Casualty, Liability, and Life insurance products
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, and consultative selling skills
