The Role.

Set up, ideate, execute and optimise various digital marketing channels and acquisition strategies.

Build efficient processes that result in great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Work with various stakeholders across design, content, product and business to understand the product and business metrics.

- Identify various organic and paid channels that are relevant to Oro.

- Set up performance marketing across channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Programmatic, affiliates, etc.

- Create growth strategies and execution plans considering both organic and paid channel.

- Create and own channel metrics; define and execute campaigns, work on budgets, efficiency and maximising ROI.

- Run experiments and A/B tests to understand customer behaviour and find new audiences who might be interested in Oro's offerings.

- Work with founding team to understand org goals and create plans to achieve them.

Skills and Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns for consumer products; fintech experience is a plus.

- Proven expertise in executing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (FB & Instagram) campaigns across the funnel (awareness, acquisition, retention).

- Strong ability to set up, test, and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and LTV goals.

- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding strategies, and remarketing.

- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools like Appsflyer, PowerBI, CleverTap, and other attribution/reporting platforms.

- Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills; able to measure and improve each stage of the funnel.

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.

- High ownership, self-starter attitude, and ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
