Content writer:


- The selected candidate will act as the primary writer for a wide range of professional content including blog articles, website copy, case studies, reports, newsletters, and corporate communications. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining a content calendar that aligns with business goals and ensures timely publication. In addition to business writing, the role requires the ability to research, simplify, and present complex topics in an engaging and learner-friendly format suitable for courses, e-learning modules, and research-driven projects.


- The candidate will repurpose content into multiple formats such as social media posts, infographics, and video scripts, ensuring maximum reach and relevance. They will manage the publishing of content on platforms like WordPress and oversee professional social media channels, while also coordinating with subject matter experts, designers, and external vendors to deliver consistent and impactful outputs. An important part of the role is to monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and use data-driven insights to improve both the quality and effectiveness of future content. The candidate will also be expected to apply strong editing and proofreading skills to maintain the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.


Requirements:


- The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of professional experience in content writing, corporate communications, or educational content creation. They should have strong proficiency in English with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills, while proficiency in Hindi will be considered an additional advantage.


- A proven portfolio of high-quality business and educational content will be required. Previous experience in course creation, e-learning modules, and research-based writing is highly desirable, along with the ability to adapt content across multiple formats and platforms. The role requires excellent organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.


- Candidates should be comfortable using content management systems such as WordPress, as well as professional social media management tools. A background in technology, financial services, or digital assets will be highly preferred, as will strong critical thinking skills to assess content performance and continuously improve learner engagement.
