Responsibilities and Duties:

- Support in Development of a high impact trade marketing plan to achieve defined business objectives across existing & new product launches

- Formulate promotions and engagement activities in line with budget & brand guidelines

- Conduct research and analysis to understand shopper behaviour, preferences, and decision-making processes.

- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies, including in-store displays, promotions, and product placement to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales

- Develop strategies for different retail channels (e.g., modern trade, traditional trade, online) to optimize shopper engagement and drive sales.

- Engage with key retailers to build relationships, understand their needs, and drive joint initiatives to improve shopper experience and sales

- Track and analyse the performance of shopper marketing programs to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

- Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the best-in-class shopper marketing strategies.

Desired skills/experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification in Brand Management/Marketing is preferred.

- Experience in enabling field sales teams and channel partners to implement programs effectively

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in market analysis, promotion planning, and budget management.

- Proven track record in market research, competitor analysis, and ROI measurement of marketing initiatives.

- 5-7 years of work experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG
