Role Overview:


We are looking for an energetic and data-driven Assistant KAM / KAM (Amazon Specialist) to manage and grow Orions business on Amazon. The role requires deep understanding of marketplace operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build high-impact growth strategies tailored to Amazons ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Growth


- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon to define annual/quarterly goals, revenue targets, and growth levers.

- Own the P&L for the Amazon channel, ensuring healthy margins and sustainable profitability.

- Create and execute strategic plans around selection, pricing, visibility, volume/value, terms of trade, and platform-driven campaigns.

Operational Excellence


- Maintain best-in-class fill rates, in-stock %, and availability of all SKUs.

- Coordinate with supply chain, demand planning, and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory health.

- Ensure catalogue hygieneA+ content, PDP optimisation, ratings/reviews improvement, and keyword mapping.

Performance Marketing & ROI


- Plan and optimise Amazon Advertising (top, mid, bottom funnel) with strong focus on ROI.

- Coordinate with the internal digital team/agency for campaign planning, daily optimisation, and reporting.

Analytics & Reporting


- Track and analyse key account metrics such as conversion, share of voice, CTR, ACOS, ROAS, out-of-stock, ASP, category share, page quality score, etc.

- Benchmark competition and identify opportunities for growthpricing, promotions, visibility, and selection gaps.

- Prepare weekly/monthly business dashboards for internal review.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


- Work with the product, finance, SCM, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.

- Provide marketplace insights to internal stakeholders for NPD, portfolio planning, and demand forecasting.

- Communicate customer feedback on product quality, packaging, and availability for continuous process improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience


- 5-7 years of experience in FMCG with at least 12 years managing Amazon or marketplace accounts.

- Strong understanding of Amazon levers: search, display, pricing algorithms, promotions, deals, A+ content, AMS.

- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills using data insights.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage end-to-end channel P&L.
