General Manager - Accounts

Job Description:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of all Group companies.

2. Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / Companies Act reporting requirements.

3. Support consolidation of accounts for group entities or subsidiaries.

4. Handling of internal and statutory Audit.

5. Statutory reporting.

6. Prepare management reports such as MIS, variance analysis, segment reporting, and dashboards.

7. Compilation of DDRs, related party transaction and other similar reports.

8. Inter Company reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Having knowledge in SAP.

2. Having experience in construction industry.

3. Candidate should be CA.
