Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-potential professional to join the Founder's Office and work directly with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, AI-driven transformation, and business growth opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the Founder and leadership team on strategic business initiatives.

- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, business models, and revenue streams.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.

- Drive AI-led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business decision-making.

- Identify and implement Generative AI and automation use cases across business functions.

- Prepare business cases, financial models, presentations, and strategic reports for leadership and investors.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities.

- Support partnerships, M&A evaluations, and expansion opportunities where applicable.

- Monitor key business metrics and develop actionable insights for leadership.

- Lead special projects aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from an IIM (Preferred).

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or New Business Initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience in AI adoption, Generative AI applications, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions.

- Experience in market research, business planning, growth strategy, or innovation projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to the renewable energy, infrastructure, power, or clean-tech sector is an advantage.

- Experience working in a startup, high-growth company, consulting firm, or Founder's Office is preferred.

- Familiarity with Solar, BESS, Green Hydrogen, or Green Ammonia markets will be an added advantage.
