Our client who is into real estate, is looking for a high-impact consultant who can work closely with leadership to analyze current systems, build structured SOPs, and drive performance culture across the organization. This role goes beyond training and focuses on creating long-term execution improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with leadership and HODs to understand current workflows and working styles

- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in operations, execution, and team productivity

- Design and implement structured SOPs, systems, and processes

- Bring alignment, clarity, and consistency across teams and locations

- Design and conduct intensive 3-4 day workshops focused on discipline, speed, and accountability

- Drive behavioral change and a high-performance work culture

- Ensure workshop learnings are translated into practical execution

- Provide post-workshop recommendations and support for sustained improvements

Candidate Profile:

- 8-12+ years of experience in organizational development, consulting, or corporate training

- Strong experience in process improvement, SOP creation, or business transformation

- Proven ability to conduct impactful workshops for teams and leadership

- Confident, authoritative, and high-energy personality

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking approach

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change

Engagement Type: Project-based / Consultant role (preferred)
