Role Overview:

The Organization Transformation Manager will work closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to support organization design, change management, HR transformation, and human capital initiatives across global teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, building scalable frameworks, and driving transformation initiatives in fast paced, matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization Design & Effectiveness:

- Support organization design initiatives including operating models, organizational structures, role clarity, and workforce planning

- Partner with business and HR leaders to translate business strategy into scalable people structures

- Create SOPs, frameworks, RACIs, and role definitions for new and evolving functions

- Identify process gaps and recommend organization effectiveness interventions

- Build tools and processes to improve alignment and operational efficiency across teams

HR Transformation & Change Management:

- Support enterprise wide transformation and change management initiatives

- Drive implementation of organizational changes through stakeholder alignment and structured execution plans

- Partner with leadership teams to support cultural transformation and performance driven practices

- Track transformation milestones, risks, and implementation progress across projects

- Collaborate with cross functional teams on people related transformation initiatives

Human Capital Analytics & Governance:

- Support management and consistency of human capital data across functions and regions

- Work with HR stakeholders to strengthen reporting frameworks and workforce analytics

- Contribute to dashboards and reporting related to attrition, workforce planning, internal mobility, and diversity metrics

- Support process standardization and governance across people practices

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, HR Transformation, Change Management, or Strategic HR roles

- Strong understanding of organization design frameworks and HR operating models

- Experience managing transformation initiatives in complex or matrixed organizations

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to work with senior leadership and cross functional teams

- Experience in consulting, retail, consumer, or large scale organizations will be preferred

- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Organizational Development, or related fields
