
Role Overview:
The Organisation Development Business P&L Lead will serve as a strategic architect, driving the intersection of human capital strategy and commercial growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead end-to-end OD interventions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to align workforce capabilities with evolving business objectives. You will manage the full P&L for your practice area, overseeing the design and execution of large-scale HR transformation projects, leadership development frameworks, and talent management ecosystems.
By bridging the gap between data-driven HR analytics and long-term business strategy, you will directly influence organizational agility, employee engagement, and the bottom-line performance of the enterprise. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders and external clients to ensure that every human capital investment delivers measurable ROI and sustainable cultural evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full P&L lifecycle for OD consulting engagements, ensuring financial targets are met while delivering high-value solutions to internal or external stakeholders.
- Design and deploy comprehensive HR transformation roadmaps that modernize organizational structures and streamline operational efficiency.
- Architect leadership development programs that identify and nurture high-potential talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for critical business roles.
- Execute data-backed workforce planning strategies to anticipate future talent needs and mitigate risks associated with organizational scaling.
- Drive change management initiatives across the business to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts.
- Leverage advanced HR analytics to provide actionable insights into performance management and employee engagement, directly informing executive decision-making.
- Consult with senior leadership to align talent management practices with overarching business strategy, fostering a high-performance culture.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
