Sales and Revenue Generation: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing and terms. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement, implementing appropriate strategies to optimize sales effectiveness. 4. Marketing and Branding: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives to drive product awareness and sales. - Provide input on product positioning, packaging, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize market penetration. - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend adjustments to optimize results. 5. Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, industry influencers, and regulatory bodies. - Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and establish connections with potential partners and customers. Requirements and Skills: - MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field. - Min. 8-10 years of Experience in a Contract Manufacturing Organisation for Cosmetics as Business Development Manager. - Proven track record of success in business development within the cosmetics/pharmaceuticals industry, with a focus on B2C contract manufacturing services. - In-depth knowledge of the cosmetics market, including industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences. - Strong network of contacts within the cosmetics industry, including beauty brands. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. - Proficiency in English - Market knowledge - Communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport - Time management and planning skills
