Role & Responsibilities: - Build and scale organic growth channels relevant to a fintech/payments audiencethis includes SEO, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube videos, blogs, and more. - Understand the target audience deeply and create value-driven content, executing impactful campaigns across different channels. - Leverage social media (company and leadership accounts) to engage with relevant communities and build brand presence. - Drive awareness, traffic, engagementand through theseenable organic lead generation. - Research go-to-market best practices from industry leaders and apply those insights effectively. - Track, analyse, and optimise the marketing funnel across channels to ensure volume, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Develop relationships and partnerships with customers, industry bodies, and relevant communities. Skills & Qualifications: - Strong first-principles thinking and business judgment. - Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal. - Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude. - Ability to present, engage, and tell compelling stories. - Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders to build meaningful relationships. - Attention to detail and an execution-oriented approach. Preferred Background: - Degree in B.Tech, B.A. Economics, or Mass Communication. - 35 years of experience, including at least one stint in a content marketing role within a fintech or SaaS company. - Demonstrated expertise in content creation (text and/or video formats). - Strong academic record and notable extracurricular achievements. - A genuine interest in startups, marketing, and technology.
