Role - Organic Growth Lead
Location - Mumbai
5 days WFO + Saturday WFH
Experience - 3+ years
What Youll Do
- Own retention & lifecycle marketing end-to-end, driving engagement and repeat usage across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications using Netcore. Youll design journeys, run experiments, and continuously optimize for activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Lead SEO as a growth engine, owning keyword research, on-page and off-page strategy, content planning, and performance tracking. Youll build rankings for high-intent buyer and seller searches and translate traffic into qualified leads.
- Build and scale referral programs that incentivize users to bring in high-quality, high-intent referrals, while continuously improving conversion and virality.
- Generate hyperlocal organic demand, experimenting with offline-to-online channels such as society activations, WhatsApp groups, and community-led initiatives to unlock cost-efficient local leads.
- Work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and tech teams to ship fast, test ideas, and scale what works.
Were Looking for Someone Who Has
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience building and scaling organic growth channels (SEO, lifecycle, referrals, or community-led growth).
- A strong problem-solving mindset with an execution-first approachcomfortable moving from insight to action quickly.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end, and ideally leading or mentoring small teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- A clear ownership mentality, with a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes (growth, retention, engagement, or leads).
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, where you test, learn, and iterate rapidly.
