About the Role:

We are hiring an Organic Growth Lead for a founder-led PropTech startup with recent Series A funding, on a mission to make home buying and selling joyful, transparent, and tech-drive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning growth end-to-end and building scalable organic channels from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and scale organic growth across SEO, lifecycle marketing (Email, WhatsApp, Push), referrals, and community channels

2. Drive end-to-end SEO strategy including keyword research, content roadmap, on-page & off-page optimization, and rankings for high-intent buyer & seller searches

3. Build and optimize retention and lifecycle journeys to improve activation, repeat usage, and long-term engagement

4. Design, launch, and iterate referral programs that deliver measurable organic user acquisition

5. Generate hyperlocal organic leads through society activations, WhatsApp groups, and community-led initiatives

6. Run experiments across funnels, analyze performance, and translate insights into fast execution

7. Collaborate closely with product, content, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business goals

Qualification Required:

1. Minimum3 years of hands-on experience building and scaling organic growth channels

2. Strong expertise in SEO, lifecycle marketing, and retention-led growth

3. Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and convert them into structured, executable growth plans

4. Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (email, WhatsApp, push notifications)
