Role Overview:

- As an Organic Growth Lead, you will own and scale Truva's organic growth engines that drive high-quality buyer and seller demand. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on building retention, lifecycle, SEO, referrals, and community-led growth from the ground up.

- You will work closely with the Growth Head and cross-functional teams to unlock sustainable, hyperlocal growth with direct visibility into business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own retention and lifecycle marketing across Netcore channels including email, WhatsApp, and push notifications to drive repeat engagement and conversions

- Lead SEO end-to-end: keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimization, and ranking improvement for high-intent buyer and seller searches

- Design, launch, and scale referral programs that deliver consistent, high-quality organic acquisition

- Drive hyperlocal organic growth through on-ground society activations, WhatsApp communities, and local community-led initiatives

- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure growth initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes

- Track, analyze, and optimize growth performance using data and insights

- Startup Mindset: Speed, Ownership & Bias for Action

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in organic growth, retention, SEO, lifecycle, referrals, or community-led growth

- Strong problem-solving skills with an execution-first mindset

- Proven track record of driving measurable growth impact

- Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing consumer startups preferred

- Comfortable operating with high ownership and minimal structure
