Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing / Sales Manager (Domestic Market) to lead our India business for APIs and intermediates. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, established contacts within the Indian pharmaceutical sector, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for APIs and intermediates in the domestic market.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across India.

- Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking.

- Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.

- Participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, and tenders.

- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS updates.

- Represent the company at pharma exhibitions and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Marketing.

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing/sales of APIs or intermediates within the Indian pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong understanding of API products, pharma manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
