Job Description:


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Client relationship:


- Build client relationships, manage client expectations and escalations, Operational SPOC for clients

- Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information

Accounting:


Oversee the regular accounting operations of the client's accounting including:

- Transaction processing

- General Ledger review

- Vendor/GL Reconciliations

- Month and Year-End closure

- Audit support

- Review MIS reporting

- Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]

Advisory:


- Preparation of annual budgets and Quarterly forecasts

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting.


- Also addressing BOD queries during board meetings

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Provide commentary for material fluctuation in BS & P&L items

- Preparing dashboards, MIS for governance calls and client reporting

Team Management:

- Train, supervise, and monitor the team's performance and address team and client issues

- Ensure the team provides quality and timely deliverables to clients at agreed SLAs

Required:

- Qualification: CA/ACCA/CPA with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the F&A Domain

- Able person to create good client, internal, and other stakeholder relationships

- Organised person with good at handling multiple tasks, Problem Solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skills

- Prior experience in consulting and exposure to handling international accounting engagements are preferable.

- Capable of handling a team of 10 members and driving them

- Effective communication skills (verbal and drafting)

- Subject matter expert

- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving, a go-to person for the client, team

- Long-term service commitment
