Hiring: Head of UK Year End Accounts - Hyderabad

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad (India-based role supporting UK operations)

We are seeking a senior UK-qualified or UK-experienced accounting professional to lead UK Year-End Accounts and UK Corporation Tax delivery from our Hyderabad office. This is a technical leadership role with direct accountability to UK leadership.

About the Role:

This is a senior technical appointment, not a bookkeeping or junior review role. It requires independent decision-making, strong UK compliance knowledge, and the ability to uphold UK-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead preparation and final review of UK statutory accounts (FRS 102 & FRS 105)

- Review and sign off UK corporation tax computations (CT600)

- Ensure compliance for Companies House filing

- Provide final technical judgment on UK accounting and tax matters

- Lead and develop the UK accounts team in Hyderabad

- Set quality standards, review processes, and technical controls

- Collaborate directly with UK senior staff; join UK-hour calls when required

Required Experience:

- Strong experience in UK year-end statutory accounts

- Hands-on expertise in UK GAAP (FRS 105, FRS 102)

- Proven experience with UK corporation tax and CT600

- Experience working with UK SMEs

- Prior senior or lead role with review responsibilities

- Excellent spoken and written English for UK client communication

Preferred Qualifications:

- ACA / ACCA / ICAS or UK-recognized equivalent

- Experience with UK accounting firms

- Experience leading offshore UK accounting teams

- Knowledge of Xero, Tax Calculations
