The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, including various technical roles and skill sets, as well as experience in recruiting for non-IT positions. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They are driven by a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and are dedicated to achieving excellence in all HR endeavors What will you get to do? - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for IT and non-IT positions, including job postings, social media campaigns, networking events, and other relevant channels. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, job requirements, and organizational objectives for both IT and non-IT roles. - Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings, utilizing both traditional and creative sourcing methods. -Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to management and stakeholders - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Metrics for the role: - Time-to-Fill - Quality of Hire - Sourcing Channel Effectiveness - Offer Acceptance Rate - Candidate Experience Skills we are looking for: - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on both IT and non-IT roles - In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and Boolean searches - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and Boolean searches - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR software. - A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to meeting recruitment targets and driving continuous improvement. - High level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
