Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability across key accounts.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and partnership expansion.
- Act as a solution-oriented advisor to clients by understanding their needs, systems, and processes to deliver customized offerings.
- Drive growth through strategic partnerships, including indirect channels such as insurance, TPAs, corporates, and reseller ecosystems (where applicable).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while maintaining profitability and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Represent the organization effectively in front of senior stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Ensure alignment of partnership goals with company objectives, including revenue and collections targets.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Revenue growth and share of wallet across assigned accounts
- Client retention and relationship strength
- Customer satisfaction and experience scores
- Expansion of partnerships and new business within existing accounts
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or B2B/Enterprise Sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and solution selling approach.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts with a track record of revenue achievement.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends for decision-making.
- High customer empathy and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
