Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention. 4. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and continuously innovate and improve HR processes and programs. 5. Design positive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. 6. Conduct Focus Group Discussions and Employee Check Ins to diagnose team/org/manager effectiveness, share insights and drive action with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of issues & employee satisfaction. 7. Lead the performance management process in collaboration with the business leaders. Drive awareness around the process and timelines, co-create calibration guidelines based on business performance Conduct exit conversations and co-create retention plans by working closely with business leaders and CEO. 9.
